Background & training

I'm Erika Leoni. A Ca' Foscari graduate in Interpreting and Translation for Publishing specialised in Chinese, I work as an interpreter and translator (ZH-EN↔IT, ZH↔EN), editor, proofreader and teacher. I translate for publishing, tourism, audiovisual media and the web, Chinese comics above all. I'm currently a Doctorate of Education (EdD) student.

2015–2018, thesis on the social position of women in Chinese culture read through sinograms. Final grade: 108/110.

2010

Technical Institute diploma, tourism specialization — ITES "Luigi Einaudi"

2010–2015: English, German and Chinese, with the 2014 exchange in Shijiazhuang. Final grade: 98/100.
